Breaking things for improvement
Is it easier to continue with something than to stop?
The flip side, however, is: finishing something creates friction at another point in life to start again.
At the end of the day, I try to not finish things. In the morning, I know right away where to go next.
And if I do happen to finish something by accident? I trash my keyboard to make sure things don’t work anymore. This provides an easy start.
